Shipping & Delivery Policy
Last updated: 19 October 2026. How we pack, ship and deliver orders in India and internationally.
Who this policy covers
This policy explains how orders are shipped and delivered by Ambivert Technologies Private Limited (“INR500”, “we”). It has two parts: domestic orders within India and international orders. For returns and refunds see our Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy.
Domestic orders (India): dispatch times
Orders are dispatched from our base in Pune. Standard orders are promised dispatch within 3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). The count starts when your payment is confirmed, or when we confirm your order for offline payments. Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST count from the next working day. Membership benefits can shorten the promise, and the dispatch date shown on your order is the one that applies.
Domestic orders (India): shipping charges and free shipping
Shipping is a flat charge by delivery state. It is shown at checkout before you pay:
Standard shipping: orders below ₹2,000 pay ₹40 within Maharashtra and ₹80 to the rest of India. Orders of ₹2,000 or more ship free. The threshold is the product value before GST, after discounts. If your order includes a product marked “incl. GST & shipping”, no separate shipping charge is added to that order. Promotions may waive shipping on some orders; any waiver is shown in your cart.
Domestic orders (India): delivery estimates
We ship with courier partners, including Delhivery, Blue Dart, Trackon and Ekart Logistics. The delivery estimate for your pincode is shown at checkout and on your order. It counts calendar days in transit from dispatch, and is indicative only:
• Pune city: about 1 day.
• Rest of Maharashtra and Goa: about 2 days.
• Major metros and regions such as Delhi NCR, Gujarat, Telangana, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and West Bengal: about 3 days.
• Rest of mainland India: about 5 days.
• Remote areas such as the North-East, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh and island territories: about 6 days.
Membership priority delivery can shorten these estimates by one day. Large orders may need a separate delivery arrangement, and we will confirm the timeline before you pay.
Domestic orders (India): tracking and transit damage
Once your order is dispatched, we record the courier, tracking number and expected delivery date. You can see these on your order page, and we send them by email. You can also use the Track Order page with your private order link.
If a parcel arrives damaged or with a damaged outer package, photograph the outer packaging and the damage, and contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of delivery, at +91 9960 160016 or hello@inr500.com. We will raise a claim with the courier and help arrange a replacement or refund.
International orders
INR500 accepts international order enquiries for destinations that we can service. The destinations available may change, and we may decline an order to a destination we cannot service lawfully or practically.
International shipping is quoted separately for each order. Shipping charges depend on the destination, package weight and dimensions, product type, quantity, carrier availability, customs requirements and the selected shipping service. The product price shown on the website does not include international shipping unless it is explicitly stated.
After receiving an international order, we review the destination and order details and send a shipping quotation. You must review and accept the quotation before the shipping arrangement is finalised. Payment is requested only for the amount you accept, and dispatch follows verified payment.
The shipping quotation
A quotation shows whether it covers products only, products plus shipping, or products, shipping and specified taxes or charges. It also shows the shipping method, an estimated delivery window and the date until which the quotation is valid. A quotation that has expired cannot be accepted; ask us for a new one.
We do not charge an estimated shipping fee, and we do not treat shipping as agreed until you have accepted the quotation. If you decline, nothing further is charged.
Delivery estimates
Any delivery estimate we give is indicative and depends on dispatch timing, carrier service, customs clearance and destination-country conditions. An estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date unless we expressly confirm a date in writing.
Customs duties and import charges
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes (such as import VAT or GST), customs clearance fees, brokerage charges and other fees imposed by the destination country or the carrier. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, these destination-country charges are the customer’s responsibility. A quotation will say if it includes any such charges.
Please check that the products you order may legally be imported into your destination country. We cannot advise on import rules for every country.
Address accuracy
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and valid contact details, including a phone number with the country code. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, a failed delivery, a return or a re-delivery may be charged to you where permitted by law and agreed in advance.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, we provide the carrier and tracking number after dispatch, by email and on your order page.
Shipping delays and lost shipments
We will help with carrier enquiries where appropriate. Resolution, replacement or refund arrangements depend on the order terms, the carrier’s findings, applicable law and the circumstances of the shipment. Nothing in this policy excludes mandatory consumer rights. See also the Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy.
